At the beginning of each season, you will receive three job offers. Compare each club’s league, expectations and annual salary before choosing your next destination.
During your career, you will face important football decisions. You may need to handle unhappy players, choose a tactical approach, invest in the youth academy or decide whether to sell a star player.
Each choice has possible positive and negative consequences. A successful decision can improve your rating, while the wrong move may damage your reputation.
Once your decisions are made, the season is simulated. Your final league position is compared with the board’s expectations. You may also win domestic cups, league titles or European trophies.
Good results and successful decisions increase your manager rating. A higher rating attracts offers from stronger clubs and can eventually open the door to the Premier League and European competitions.
Continue moving between clubs, earning salaries and collecting trophies until your manager retires. At the end of the game, you will receive a complete career summary showing your earnings, titles and highest manager rating.
